Software License Agreement For WeaverFx Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. framework, run time and Demo Applications on this site.
This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (any person who downloads the run time) and WeaverFx Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. for WeaverFx framework/run time, The framework/run time includes computer software and may include associated source code, and documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the WeaverFx Framework and WeaverFx based products/demos on this website, you agree to bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Software License Agreement, please do not install. Distribution or use or replicate in by any means is prohibited if the user doesn't agree to the Software License Agreement. NOTE: WeaverFx is free for development. For universities and educational institutions development and deployment is free, just write to us for getting a free license. You are not supposed to reverse engineer or decompile or create derivative work for the WeaverFx framework/run time. Exploitation of WeaverFx Framework/run time and any products created as a result shall be judged illegal by definition of applicable law. Any sale or resale of intellectual property or created derivatives so obtained will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all local and international law. 2. THE DEMO APPLICATIONS AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. Third Party Software WeaverFx uses some component from apache software and jdom parser. Apache software license can be found at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt. WeaverFx also uses Java, Java is a trademark of sun microsystems.
